Account Suspension or Closure
ku44 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:
- If there is suspicion of a terms violation or fraudulent activity.
- If incorrect or false information has been provided.
- If evidence of being a minor is found.
- If unusual or suspicious betting activity is conducted.
- If evidence of operating multiple accounts is found.
Account Verification (KYC)
ku44 may request a copy of a valid national ID card, passport, or other government-approved document to verify your identity when necessary. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete. This is done to ensure your security and prevent financial fraud.
Financial Transactions
All financial transactions on ku44 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Only the methods listed below are accepted for deposits and withdrawals.
Deposit
- Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks).
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for each method).
- Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
- The correct reference number must be used at the time of deposit.
- Depositing using another person's payment account is prohibited.
Withdrawal
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
- Standard processing time: 5–30 minutes.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the active bonus wagering requirement has been completed.
- Large withdrawal amounts may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
Fraud & Money Laundering Prevention
ku44 complies with anti-money laundering (AML) policies for all financial transactions. If a transaction is suspicious or the source of funds is unclear, ku44 reserves the right to suspend or cancel that transaction and notify the relevant authorities.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
Specific terms and conditions apply to all bonuses and promotional offers from ku44. Please read the relevant terms carefully before claiming any bonus.
Welcome Bonus
- ku44 welcome bonus: 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
- Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500.
- Example: Deposit ৳22,000 or more and receive the maximum bonus of ৳15,000 → total balance ৳37,000.
- Wagering requirement: you must wager 10 times the bonus amount.
- Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 in wagers must be completed.
- Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount.
- The welcome bonus applies only once per new account.
General Bonus Terms
- Another bonus cannot be claimed while one bonus is already active.
- Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after completing the wagering requirement.
- Abusing bonuses through multiple accounts may result in account closure.
- ku44 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
- The contribution of Aviator and certain other games towards bonus wagering may differ.
Betting Rules
The rules described below must be followed when betting on ku44.
Sports Betting
- Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
- If an event is postponed or cancelled, that bet will be considered void and the staked amount will be refunded.
- Bets placed on incorrect odds caused by a technical error may not be honoured.
- If any single selection in a combo or multiple-selection bet is cancelled, it will be removed and the remaining bet calculated without it.
- If match-fixing or unusual betting patterns are detected in any sporting event, the relevant bet will be cancelled.
Casino Games
- All casino games are operated through certified software providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, etc.).
- Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fairness.
- If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error, ku44 reserves the right to cancel that round and refund the staked amount.
- Using bots or automated betting software is strictly prohibited.
VIP Program
ku44's VIP program has five tiers. A weekly cashback benefit is available at each tier.
VIP Tiers & Benefits
- Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
- Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
- Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
- Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
Advancement to a higher tier depends on your overall activity and betting history. The decision to change a VIP tier is entirely at ku44's discretion.
Cashback Terms
- Cashback is calculated on applicable net losses each week.
- Cashback is credited directly to the account balance — no separate wagering requirement applies.
- ku44 reserves the right to modify VIP terms at any time.
- VIP benefits are non-transferable.
Prohibited Activities
What Is Strictly Prohibited
Any of the following activities may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance:
- Any form of manipulation, cheating, or fraud.
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
- Betting using bots or automated software.
- Accessing or using another person's account.
- Using a third party's payment account.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal purposes.
- Attempting to hack or infiltrate ku44's systems.
- Using any hidden advantage or insider information in bets.
